May 25, 2015:

1.  Added instruction in step 7 (SpamAssassin Module) to disable ctyme.ixhash.net rule in iXhash module
2.  Changed iXhash and Raxor2 default spam scores in step 8 to reduce false positives
3.  Changed mailspike and dnswl default whitelist scores in step 8 to reduce false positives
3.  Added instruction in step 10 to install perl module 'Time::Duration' to the cPanel perl installation (otherwise the greylist perl script will NOT compile)
4.  Added instruction in step 10 (Greylisting) to add exim_greylistlog to the logrotate function
5.  Added instruction in setp 11 (Nolisting) to block port 26 in addition to port 25 in csfpre.sh file
6.  Added instruction in step 11 to use your own abuse@<mydomain>.com email address.
7.  Fixed bug in 'invoke greylist' ACL text file (was correct in the instructions, but typo in the text file)
8.  Fixed bug in 'spamlist' ACL (typo in both the instructions and the text file)
